Travel Bursaries

To encourage the participation of young scientists at TAT11, a limited number of travel bursaries will be provided to students and postdocs who have submitted abstracts that have been accepted for presentation. Awards will be granted based on the quality of the abstract and award amount will be determined by regional proximity to the symposium venue (Ottawa, ON, Canada)

To be eligible to receive a bursary, the applicant must be the presenting author of an accepted abstract (oral or poster).

To apply, please submit the following documents as your application package before the abstract submission deadline of November 16, 2018:

  • Cover letter explaining reason for bursary application

  • CV/resume

  • Letter of support from mentor
